  • Is the course flexible for my busy schedule?

    Yes! The course is self-guided, so you have the freedom to take it when you want, where you want, and at your own pace.

  • May I take the course on my laptop, computer, or phone?

    Yes, you may take the course on the device of your choosing! Typically, our students prefer taking our courses on a larger device with a big screen so that they can easily view the detailed course content that Dr. Buzby’s shares. However, you can choose the device that works best for you. You can even switch between devices.

  • I've enrolled in a course, but one of the videos isn't playing. What should I do?

    Often, this is a browser issue. For starters, please: 1. Clear your cache and restart the browser. Also, check if you’re using the newest version of the browser. 2. Try a different browser. (Google Chrome is recommended.) 3. Try restarting your device. 4. If possible, try a different internet connection. School or corporate firewalls occasionally block video providers. 5.   • I’ve signed up for a course, but I forgot my password. What should I do?

    If you're unable to log into your course because you don't know your password, you can reset it. To get started, you will need the email address that you used when you signed up for the course. Go to the course sign-in page. In the email field, enter that email address and click "forgot password" to receive reset instructions.

  • Why is 100% course completion important?

    In addition to gaining specific tips and unique information within each chapter that you won't want to miss, you will also receive an e-certificate of completion AND an e-badge when you achieve 100% course completion.
